Why We Started Futurise
We started Futurise because we kept meeting business owners who were working incredibly hard — running crews, managing contracts, juggling materials and cash flow — but flying blind financially.
Their bookkeepers recorded transactions. Their tax people filed returns. But nobody was sitting across the table saying: "Here's what your numbers actually mean. Here's what's costing you. Here's how to grow."

Helen brings a rare combination of accounting precision, strategic finance expertise, and operational know-how. She holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Oregon State University and an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, and holds four professional designations: Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Enrolled Agent (EA), Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), and Certified Value Builder. Helen works closely with construction and manufacturing owners to turn financial complexity into clarity — helping them understand their numbers, improve performance, and build companies that are worth more tomorrow than they are today. She was honored with the 2025 Recent Alumni Transformational Leadership Award from Duke Fuqua.

John brings 30+ years of financial and operational leadership as a Controller, Plant Manager, and CFO across industries that mirror our clients' worlds: automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, and construction. As a seasoned Fractional CFO, John designs financial infrastructures that improve profitability, optimize cash flow, and increase enterprise value. He has led multiple turnarounds and complex growth initiatives, and is known for translating financial complexity into confident, clear action.

She joins Futurise Growth Partners after managing more than $26M in program budgets as a Senior Financial Management Contractor with AFLCMC, where she led funding execution, streamlined audit processes, and delivered high-visibility reporting for senior leadership.
