Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and professional services offered by Futurise Growth Partners, LLC ("FGP," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting our website, submitting an inquiry, or engaging our services, you ("Client" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
FGP provides professional tax, accounting, strategic finance, and business advisory services to small and mid-sized businesses. Our service offerings include, but are not limited to: tax preparation and filing (business and individual), bookkeeping and accounting, fractional CFO and strategic finance advisory, and business consulting and growth strategy.
2. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to: provide complete, accurate, and timely information and documents, notify FGP promptly of any material changes, review all work product and filings in a timely manner, and maintain appropriate records as required by applicable law.
3. Fees and Payment
A. Fee Structure
FGP's fees vary by engagement type and will be specified in your engagement letter or proposal. Monthly retainer engagements are billed on a recurring basis. One-time flat fee engagements are billed as specified in your engagement letter.
B. Payment Terms
Monthly retainer fees are due on the first (1st) of each billing cycle. Invoices unpaid after thirty (30) days may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
4. Term and Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement by providing thirty (30) days written notice. FGP may terminate immediately for non-payment (60+ days outstanding), material breach, fraudulent information, or circumstances requiring violation of professional standards.
5. Confidentiality
FGP treats all client information as strictly confidential and will not disclose it to any third party except as necessary to perform services, as required by law, or with your prior written consent. Confidentiality obligations survive termination.
6. Intellectual Property
All methodologies, templates, tools, and proprietary processes developed or used by FGP in the course of providing services remain the intellectual property of FGP. Client-specific work product is provided for your business use.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FGP's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim. FGP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, in Raleigh, North Carolina.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
